A Visualization for Health, Wealth and Happiness
We're all striving for the same basic things in life: health, wealth and
happiness - although those things can mean different things to different people. The problem is,
sometimes it seems impossible to feel happy until your outer circumstances match what you want to experience.
If you don't have enough money, if you don't yet have the life partner you desire, if you don't yet have the dream
job or the dream home or the dream body - you can't possibly feel happy, right? Wrong!
There are many, many, MANY things you can do to start feeling genuinely happy right
now. And by the law of attraction, the happier you feel now, the more easily you can attract all those shiny
new things you want so badly.
Today I'm going to share a fun visualization exercise that will instantly attune you to
the energy of happiness (and health and wealth and anything else you desire). If you doubt the power of
visualization to create lasting changes, you may not have given it a chance to work for you in the past, or perhaps
the exercises you tried weren't successful in shifting you into a better vibrational frequency. Give this
exercise a try and you may be pleasantly surprised!
Before you start this visualization, it's very important to be fully and completely
relaxed. If you feel even a little bit tense, frustrated, anxious or any other "negative" emotion, you'll
have a much harder time tuning into feelings of true happiness and the exercise won't work.
Getting fully relaxed isn't hard, it just takes a little bit of time - anywhere from 10 to
30 minutes should work. Start by finding a private, secluded place to be alone. If you want to enhance
the mood, light some scented candles or your favorite fragrant incense. You can also play soft music in the
background, but try to choose selections without lyrics so you don't get distracted.
Then start breathing slowly and deeply, focusing on the sound and sensations of the air
moving in and out of your lungs. Every time you exhale imagine that you can feel your body relaxing more and
more. If scattered thoughts keep popping into your mind, firmly set them aside and return your attention to
Once you feel calm and relaxed, keep your eyes closed and imagine that you are now in a
new place and time. You might pretend that you are sitting in your favorite room in a beautiful new home, or
in a beautiful forest - anywhere that feels happy and peaceful to you.
As you sit here in this new place, you realize that you now have everything you have ever
wanted. All of the money, the friends, the physical wellness, the loving life partner and more that you have
been dreaming of; it is all yours already.
You want for nothing.
As you ponder this realization, allow feelings of happiness to flow through you. Say
to yourself, "I have everything I need and more, and I am so happy." Really attune to those feelings of
happiness. Let them grow and pulse throughout your body and mind, lifting your spirits ever
Say to the universe: "I intend to continue feeling this happy as often as
possible. Please help me to manifest health, wealth and happiness in all areas of my life."
Continue to enjoy these sensations of happiness as long as you like, and then start to
bring your awareness back to the present moment. After you continue with your daily routine, stay connected
to the happy feelings you just generated. Rather than getting frustrated with your present circumstances,
find something to feel happy about in every situation. Trust that even happier circumstances are already
forming for you - and they can manifest much easier if you stay receptive to allowing them, which means staying in
that happy mindset.
